Limited Lifetime Warranty:

  1. All our diamond engagement rings come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
  2. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage:

  1. The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any structural defects in the engagement ring resulting from the manufacturing process.
  2. This includes defects in materials or workmanship, such as loose or lost stones, faulty prongs, or cracks in the metal.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  1. The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the engagement ring.
  2. It also does not cover damages caused by resizing or alterations made by a third-party jeweler.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team via customersupport@parischapel.com.
  2. We will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, if necessary.
  3. Securely package the engagement ring and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Assessment:

  1. Once we receive the engagement ring for warranty inspection, our team of experts will thoroughly assess the item for any manufacturing defects.
  2. If the defect is determined to be covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the engagement ring at no additional cost.

Maintenance Services:

  1. We offer ongoing maintenance services to help you keep your diamond engagement ring in pristine condition.
  2. Our maintenance services include professional cleaning, polishing, and prong tightening.

Maintenance Schedule:

  1. For optimal care and to maintain the brilliance of your engagement ring, we recommend bringing it in for professional maintenance every six (6) months.
  2. However, you may also request maintenance services at any time if you feel your ring requires attention.

Maintenance Service Fees:

  1. Our maintenance services are generally complimentary, excluding any additional repair or replacement costs for damages not covered by the warranty.
  2. If any additional repair or restoration is required beyond the scope of maintenance, we will provide you with a cost estimate before proceeding with the service.
