Return Eligibility:

  • The engagement ring was purchased directly from our website.
  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The engagement ring is in its original, unworn condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
  • The ring has not been resized, altered, or engraved.
  • Custom-made or personalized engagement rings may not be eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damages during shipping.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer support team via customersupport@parischapel.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Once you receive the RA number, securely package the engagement ring with all original materials and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Approval:

  1. After we receive the returned engagement ring, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  2. If the engagement ring passes inspection, we will process the return or exchange according to your preference.
  3. In case the item does not meet the return eligibility criteria, we will notify you and discuss available options.

Refund and Exchange Options:

  1. Refund: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  2. Exchange: If you choose to exchange the engagement ring for a different item of equal or greater value, any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items returned beyond the specified 30 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Shipping and Insurance:

  1. Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable.
