Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) govern the participation of affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliates,” “You,” or “Your”) in the ParisChapel.com Affiliate Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). By applying to become an Affiliate and participating in the Program, You acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:

To be eligible to participate in the Program, You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website, blog, social media platform, or other online presence. ParisChapel.com reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

2. Affiliate Application:

To join the Program, You must complete the online application accurately and provide all required information. We will review Your application and notify You of Your acceptance into the Program. If Your application is rejected, You may reapply at a later date.

3. Affiliate Link and Promotion:

As an Affiliate, You will receive a unique referral link to promote ParisChapel.com’s products. You may promote the products on Your website, blog, social media platforms, or through other authorized marketing channels. All promotions must comply with applicable laws and regulations and adhere to ethical marketing practices.

4. Commissions:

You will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through Your unique affiliate link. The commission rate will be specified in Your acceptance notification. Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount after deducting discounts, returns, and shipping charges.

5. Cookie Duration:

The cookie duration is 30 days. This means that if a user clicks on Your affiliate link and makes a purchase within the cookie duration, You will receive the commission for that sale.

6. Payouts:

Commissions will be paid out quarterly through a preferred payment method specified by You during the application process. Payments will be made within 30 days of the end of each quarter.

7. Prohibited Activities:

a. You may not engage in any deceptive, unethical, or fraudulent activities to promote ParisChapel.com’s products.

b. You may not use Your affiliate link for Your own purchases.

c. You may not bid on ParisChapel.com’s trademarked terms or use them in domain names.

8. Termination:

ParisChapel.com reserves the right to terminate Your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or misrepresenting our brand.

9. Intellectual Property:

You acknowledge that ParisChapel.com retains all rights, ownership, and interest in its trademarks, logos, and intellectual property. You may use approved marketing materials provided by ParisChapel.com solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.

10. Modification of Terms:

ParisChapel.com reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the Program and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is Your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

11. Limitation of Liability:

ParisChapel.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Your participation in the Program.

12. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
